Keep on Keeping on

Well one of the reasons I haven’t been blogging too much is that it has been frustrating. I would compose some entire musings and then poof it woul d be gone. Drat. So I got smart(ha ha) and started to compose my thoughts on MS Word so I could save, stop, continue , edit or whatever and just save it. Then when I am ready to publish on the blog I cut and paste. What a concept! Sure save s a lot of wracked nerves. Now if I could only master the picture thing. Oh well one thing at a time… I ‘m glad I got this far.

Looks as if you're doing great so far, even with the picture thing. BTW, I just love those paper things Cousin Bea makes. They are beautiful.

Dennis says "hi" y'all. Hope you and Jennie are doing well.

If you have computer questions, you need to ask Dennis. He's the computer geek around here.

I compose in MSWord and copy & paste too, but lately I have just been adlibbing (sp???) on blogger. I've lost a few posts this way and then I go back to word and then I have a memory lapse and compose on blogger again.

Just keep trying and for heavens sake, don't let it frustrate you...it's supposed to be fun!!!

Blogger is sometimes temperamental about pictures so if you can't post pictures at one time, come back later and try again. I love seeing your pictures.

The key, when composing on Blogger, is to frequently save to Draft. That way, if something goes wrong, you have most of your post saved.

Hey, that's a good idea Motherkitty...I never thought of that.

I think you should shrink your pictures and load them first. I've found I can add more images to a post that way. Then save the thing on MS Word, like you did, and paste it into blogger. This is the most frustrating thing when you lose a post after spending an hour putting it together. Very annoying. Hope to read more stuff from you.

Merry Christmas Brother. I compose my stuff in MSWord and then paste my stuff in my webpage. We have a new Family Craft Page. Send us a big photo and I'll size and post it on the Family Craft Page.

I love you and wish you would post a picture of yourself once in a while just so I could see your handsome face.

Merry Christmas to both YOU & Jenny
